East Africa's
Operational
Control Layer.
We run the workforce behind Tanzania's ports, mines and donor-funded programmes — supervised crews, audited payroll, and one accountable contact when something needs fixing at 3am.
Industry Leaders &
Global Partners
Government institutions, development agencies and multinational operators already run crews through us.

Four Pillars of
Operational Support
Four service lines, one operating model. Each is delivered by supervised crews under the same governance, HSE and payroll discipline.

Workforce & Staffing Systems
We recruit, deploy and supervise industrial crews against your shift pattern. Every deployment comes with a named supervisor, an attendance record, and a payroll run that meets Tanzanian statutory requirements.
- Industrial manpower supply
- Shift-based workforce management
- Recruitment & outsourcing
- On-site supervision hierarchies
Proven Across
Regulated Environments
Ports, mining, agriculture and donor-funded programmes. Each sets a different compliance bar, and we have worked to all of them.
TPA – Mtwara Port
Supporting workforce-driven operations at Tanzania Ports Authority's Mtwara facility — one of East Africa's critical logistics gateways. DiceFarm deploys supervised teams for cargo handling, yard coordination, and traffic marshaling within a strictly regulated port environment.
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine / Barrick
Workforce-powered support operations at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine under HEXAD Company Limited, operating within Barrick's highly regulated, safety-critical mining environment. All deployments adhere to international HSE standards and site-specific safety protocols.
Large-Scale Plantation Operations
Supervised workforce deployments supporting large-scale agricultural and plantation operations across Tanzania — delivering structured labour management, attendance oversight, and HSE compliance in field environments.
USAID & UKAID Initiatives
Workforce-powered operations within donor-funded project environments requiring structured governance compliance, reporting discipline, and alignment with international donor operational standards. DiceFarm systems meet the transparency expectations of USAID and UKAID partners.
The Discipline Behind
Every Engagement
Most labour agencies hand over people and an invoice. We hand over a managed operation: a named supervisor, a safety record and a payroll trail.
We manage the crew, not just supply it
Every engagement arrives with a supervision hierarchy, HSE oversight and compliance controls already in place. You brief one account lead rather than forty individuals.
Built for regulated sites
Port terminals, gold mining and donor-funded programmes. We hold engagements with TPA, Barrick, USAID and UKAID, where the compliance bar is set by international standards rather than local custom.
One compliance officer, one standard
A dedicated Compliance Officer, a centralised HSE structure and formal incident reporting apply to every site we staff, not only the ones being inspected.
Payroll that survives an audit
VAT registered, OSHA compliant, with weekly and monthly payroll cycles that run on schedule. Donor-funded and institutional clients get the documentation trail their own auditors ask for.
From one site to 250 people on rotation
We have grown a single deployment into a 250-person operation running 24/7 shifts without loosening supervision ratios or safety controls.
Tanzanian-owned, regionally positioned
Locally registered and nationally licensed, with branches across Tanzania's main economic centres and the flexibility to follow clients into neighbouring markets.
An Operational Partner,
Not Just a Labour Supplier
DiceFarm is a Tanzanian-owned workforce and operational support company. We staff and supervise the crews that keep industrial sites, port terminals and donor-funded programmes running.
We started in December 2022 on a simple observation. The organisations that depend most on large crews are often the ones managing them least well: informal hiring, no attendance trail, and a safety record nobody can produce when an auditor asks for it. We take that problem off the client desk and run it as a managed operation.
We now run more than 250 personnel, with engagements at Mtwara Port, at Bulyanhulu, and across USAID and UKAID programmes. In each of those, the paperwork is inspected as closely as the work.
To be the operational support partner East African industry calls first.
To run the workforce and site operations our clients depend on, to a standard that their auditors and their safety officers both accept.
One Compliance Officer accountable across every site. Centralised HSE. Formal incident reporting. Payroll cycles that run on schedule.
